Olga Vysokova is a founder of a social enterprise Women Who Inspire, which creates a platform for Russian speaking business women with educational and enlightening purpose. Also Olga is a co-founder of Global Next Gen Community – international club for the successful millennials with educational goals.
The projects are aimed to bring together enthusiastic young men and women to share, learn, inspire and help each other to set up companies, launch careers, take the reins of the family business, manage inherited wealth and make a positive impact on the society and environment. www.globalnextgencommunity.com

Having received a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from Cass Business school, London in 2004, Olga has pursued a successful career of more than 10 years in banking, doing DCM and then Investors & Shareholders Relations, having worked for Center-invest Bank (Russian private bank) and opening their representative office in London in 2006. Under Olga’s management the Bank has acquired new shareholders like EBRD, DEG, Erste Bank etc. Till now Olga has remained as an advisor to the Supervisory Board of this company.
Olga is raising 2 children in London. She is originally from Russia, Rostov-on- Don; graduated from MGIMO university in Moscow with the degree in Economics.
