Dr. Emuwa is a global expert on women’s leadership working at the intersection of emerging technologies, entrepreneurship and inclusion. A former corporate banker, she now leads Avandis Consulting in France and founded the international community 100 Women @ Davos, bringing together impact-driven women leaders from around the world. She has also served as a judge, coach and regional lead for the Cartier Women’s Initiative.

She sits on several boards, including the Watch and Jewellery Initiative 2030, a sustainability and inclusion initiative founded by Cartier and Kering. Dr. Emuwa is also a member of the Institute of Directors Expert Advisory Group on Diversity and Inclusion and the UN Women Leaders Network, chaired by Sima Bahous, Executive Director of UN Women.
