Emma Wheeler is a leading voice in women’s financial empowerment and wealth management, driving global conversations around financial confidence, participation, and long-term wellbeing for women. Since 2017, she has led the Women’s Wealth Program at UBS Global Wealth Management, a pioneering initiative focused on addressing the unique financial challenges women face and transforming industry approaches to better reflect women’s investment preferences and financial goals. Through her work, Emma has helped shape more inclusive advisory models and championed meaningful change across the financial services sector.

Emma is also Co-Chair of the Council for Investing in Female Entrepreneurs, part of a UK government-backed initiative designed to unlock female entrepreneurship across the UK. She led the creation of the Invest in Women Hub, an online platform supporting early-stage female entrepreneurs, and established the UBS Female Founders program, including the Female Founder Award and global accelerator initiative supporting women-led businesses with investor readiness and growth.
