Tasja Botha is the co-founder of Ultra Sports Clinic and recently transitioned from her role as CEO of Quor Group to channel her energy towards driving growth at Ultra Sports Clinic. Prior to this, Tasja served as the Managing Director of Brady Technologies’ Commodities Division.

Hailing from Cape Town, Tasja’s career began as a computer programmer, providing her with a profound understanding of technology at its core. Her entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering passion led her to launch a dot com business during the peak of the dot com era, fundamentally reshaping how we conduct business today.

Tasja boasts an impressive track record in sales leadership roles with various global software companies in the Capital Markets sector. She spearheaded teams to achieve double-digit growth by continually adapting strategies and leveraging cutting-edge tools to meet the evolving needs of her clientele.

In early 2023, Tasja’s outstanding business acumen earned her a spot on the shortlist for the Commodity Trading Week Women in Commodities Award. Her visionary leadership and fearless decision-making have been the catalyst behind Quor Group’s triumphant journey. Her inspirational
leadership skills have been instrumental in securing Quor Group’s standing as a market leader in the CTRM metals sector. In 2022, Quor was named a leader in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for CTRM solutions and was recognized as the frontrunner in metals trading software in the ComTech Advisory vendor perception survey and analysis report.
