Ms. Tsour Segal brings extensive expertise in venture creation and development, corporate finance and investment management, with strong focus on innovation in the Israeli vibrant high-tech arena. During the past 20 years Anat has seeded dozens of early-stage high tech companies, and brought them to fruition. Ms. Tsour Segal serves as adviser to Consensus Business Group, a $1.2B high tech portfolio in Israel. Managed portfolio includes Xenia Venture Capital, a technological incubator and investment firm of which Anat is founder and served as CEO for 13 years, concentrating on big data, medical devices and pharma. Among Xenia notable companies are: Orthospace (acquired by Stryker), Polypid (NASDAQ: PYPD), Meditate (acquired by Olympus) and others. Portfolio also includes Capital Nature, of which Anat served as CEO, a technological incubator and investment firm concentrating in renewable energy and sustainability. Notable companies include Auqwind (TASE), Electreon (TASE), Blade Rnager (TASE) and others.
Anat serves as a lecturer and mentor at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at Reichman University and is active in various organizations in the high – tech eco-system, aimed at advancing young entrepreneurs, with a strong emphasis on empowerment of women in the entrepreneurial community.
Ms. Tsour Segal holds a BA in Economics and Management, MBA and L.L.B. from the Tel Aviv University.
