Alongside growing her business, Althea is a passionate advocate for women and female entrepreneurship. As Chair of Creative Women in Sri Lanka, she is helping drive the development of the Female Founders’ Trail  an innovative initiative designed to spotlight and support women-led businesses across the island, using tourism as a powerful platform for visibility, economic empowerment, and lasting social impact.
