Ilenia is a highly accomplished Italian lawyer with a strong academic background from the University of Bologna, specialising in International and EU Taxation Law, Organisation Management, and International Commercial Law. Admitted to the Italian Bar at the Supreme Court of Cassation level, she brings extensive experience representing companies in civil courts and arbitration, with a focus on international transactions and the structuring of overseas subsidiaries and entities. Since 2008, she has worked on complex international contracts across construction and energy sectors, collaborating with multinational firms and applying global standards such as FIDIC, ORGALIME, and ECE/UN conditions.

Currently a Partner at BLI International, Ilenia also serves as a Strategic and Legal Consultant for the European start-up of Masin Group, specialising in claims consultancy and expert witness services. Her international experience includes contributing to major multi-million-euro construction projects, including on-site coordination in Qatar.
