She also serves as Consulting Partner at AI Agentics Co., where she advises on AI-driven growth strategies. Prior to founding NXERA, she was Head of Marketing Strategy at Booking.com, based out of Amsterdam, where she spearheaded global initiatives that shaped the company’s strategic direction.
A lawyer by trade, Natalia was born and raised in Spain, with American diplomatic roots. Her career spans over 15 years across Europe, U.S., the Middle East, and Asia, advising Fortune 500 companies, technology disruptors, NGOs, and law firms. She has held senior roles at FTI Consulting and EY during her time in Hong Kong, and has been recognized by LinkedIn for her professional achievement and has contributed to thought leadership in international business forums.
Beyond her professional achievements, Natalia is a passionate advocate for knowledge-sharing and women’s leadership. She has served as a committee member of TEDx in Hong Kong, and various Chambers of Commerce across Europe and Asia.
