Mirjam Katharina Zwingli is a Swiss expatriate based in Germany. She is experienced in international business communication, marketing and business development. Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, such as marketing & PR, recruiting, international relations, coaching, conflict management, diplomacy and motivational speaking. She has been working on her PhD in Communications Science and Media Research at the int renowned Ludwig Maximilian University Munich in Germany.
Ms Zwingli is Director of Int Marketing & Business Development at POLIGATE in Germany. Her company offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly road construction technology. nanoSTAB is Made in Germany with Proof of Concept since 2006. nanoSTAB has built roads and test roads all around the world, from Siberia to Lybia, in South America and the middle east. The business model of nanoSTAB is sustainable localisation by the transfer of sustainable road construction and quality control Made in Germany. The nanoSTAB business model offers joint ventures with strong local partners resulting in strong and independent regions around the world.
Ms. Zwingli is Co-Chair of the German business club WCR e.V. in Berlin, which also promotes female leadership in business and all areas of society around the world, furthering business relations between Germany, Europe and Eurasia. Ms Zwingli has worked internationally as an independent advisor and board member of profit and non-profit organizations and companies and has a wealth of experience as a networker and recruiter of international speakers in politics, science, law and business. On top she is an international speaker for example at the EU Parliament in Brussels, the BRICS International Forum, in Berlin and London, to name just a few.
Ms Zwingli is partner of SHE-excellence Germany, a Female Leadership promoting platform, chaired by Dr Karin von Bismarck. A specific set of expertise is needed to coach and advise female executives on the one hand and companys looking for executives on the other hand. Furthermore Mirjam is interested in the history of prosecution and violence against women especially by the Catholic Church.
A very personal challenge in Ms. Zwingli’s life has been her severe illness which broke out when she was a child and has resulted in physical disabilities. Obviously, this is an issue which strongly builds a person’s character. You need to fight harder and be more determined than others to reach your goals. Thus, Ms. Zwingli has developed and succesfully applied psychological and physical strategies to move forward and uses her expertise for motivational speaking.
