As an MBA holder from ALBA Graduate Business School and a graduate of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Jill began her professional career by studying Human Resources Management at Cornell University and acquiring Masters in the cultural environment and political science management at Université Paris Dauphine. Her restless nature and love for people soon brought her to her real destination, life coaching.

She has coached companies such as Microsoft, Piraeus Bank, Kraft, Bank of Cyprus, and Iberdrola since 2007.

She has worked in 2 Olympic Games as Human Resources Manager and trainer manager, where she managed over 3,000 people.
