Daizy Gedeon is a multi-award-winning filmmaker, journalist, entrepreneur, and humanitarian activist.

For two decades she reported and held senior editor roles for some of the world’s biggest media organisations including News Corp, Times Group, Channel 4, and MBC, covering broad major international events including the Olympic Games and the 1994 Middle East Peace Treaty.

In 2000 she became CEO of GDR MEDIA Group in Sydney and over the past two decades, grew the marketing agency into one of the Australia’s most trusted brands.

Daizy has produced two multi-award-winning documentary films on Lebanon and in 2022 relocated to Beirut to pursue her mission to apply her expertise and knowledge to help change the worsening condition in Lebanon.

She is pioneering a new media solution for Lebanon combining leading edge technology that will provide jobs, opportunities, exposure, and insights.
