Bahareh is an experienced marketing and communication professional, who advises corporates to cultivate and maximize relationships with external clients and communicate their missions, policies and goals to the public.
Bahareh has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services, Technology and legal sector with expertise in marketing, performance & strategic analysis, managing client relationships and business development. In her previous roles, Bahareh successfully managed multiple key accounts (in Europe and the US) within the financial services industry. Bahareh also advised FinTech companies on their branding and strategy to expand and develop their client acquisition in Europe.
Bahareh’s other core skills are in building relationships with senior stakeholders with the aim to assess various business groups within the organisation and advise on operational performance improvements based on the analysis. One of her previous projects involved support to integration planning process (post-acquisition) at a small investment bank by assessing the business strategy of the investment banking department by having constant interactions with the COO, business managers and relationship bankers and identifying the main KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and delivering a new performance management system to measure the divisional performances, identify new opportunities, improve internal communication, cross-selling and execute competitor analysis.
