With over 20 years of cross-sector impact, Dr. Rivera has devoted her life’s work to advancing empowerment, education, and entrepreneurship across continents. As the Chair of the Creative Women Platform in Puerto Rico, her leadership reflects a deep commitment to building inclusive and sustainable futures.

She currently serves as Vice President of the Peeyush Group of Companies & Trust in India, where she leads pioneering ventures including Mahila Udyami a Global Women’s Empowerment and Business Hub set to open in 2026 and the James International School in E-Village, providing over 500 children with free, quality education.

Dr. Rivera is also the Co-Founder of Mujer Emprende Latina, through which she has empowered over 3,000 women to launch sustainable businesses and has mobilised more than one million dollars in seed capital to fuel their success.

Her global reach is amplified by her leadership within World Education Policy (WEP), where she champions education as the ultimate equaliser bridging cultures, nations, and generations through innovation, compassion, and collaboration.
