Laura holds both a BA and MA in Social Sciences from the Estonian Business School, with advanced studies focused on Leading Digitalisation and Navigating the Start-Up Economy. As Chair of the London Region and England Policy Representative for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Laura champions the interests of SMEs in policymaking. She has contributed to key initiatives such as the London Growth Plan (2025) and regularly provides evidence to the London Assembly.
Through her mentorship with Enterprise Nation’s Help to Grow programme, she continues to guide founders and business owners across the UK.
