Hawazen Almugren is an Assistant Professor in Economics and currently serving as the Dean of the College of Business Administration at Princess Nourah University (PNU).

Dr. Almugren is also the founder of the Women’s Leadership Center at PNU, established in 2021. The center focuses on developing and supporting women leaders locally and regionally through training and professional support.

She earned her PhD in Economics from Kingston University after completing her master’s degree in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading.

In addition to her academic role, Dr. Almugren is a certified life coach and works with clients to help them navigate career challenges.
