Dr. Amal Alabduljabbar is the General Manager of Education, Research, and Innovation at the Saudi Heritage Commission under the Ministry of Culture. In this role, she leads core areas that include research development, training, technology, and data. She drives knowledge and digital transformation in the heritage sector, contributing to a sustainable institutional foundation that supports the future of Saudi heritage.
She holds a PhD from King’s College London and has extensive experience in educational policy design and strategic partnerships both locally and globally. Her earlier leadership in human resources at firms such as KPMG highlights her strength in aligning people development with institutional growth.
Dr. Amal is part of an elite group of Saudi leaders selected for the Misk 2030 Leaders Program and is a member of the Saudi Leadership Society, where she plays a prominent role in professional mentorship and leadership development. She is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders.
