Dr. Alanood Alotaibi holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Reading, UK. Her research focuses on women’s economic empowerment in Saudi Arabia, exploring how policy reforms, labor market dynamics, and social structures influence women’s employment.

In addition to her academic role, she actively supports initiatives that promote women’s leadership and economic inclusion through her work as a consultant at the Women’s Leadership Center. Her contributions align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, advancing national efforts toward gender equity and sustainable growth.
