HRH Princess Noura Al Saud
HRH Princess Noura Alsaud is a visionary entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the creative and cultural sectors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Design from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and THNK’s Executive Leadership Program, which laid the foundation for her deep understanding of the intersection between creativity and business.
As the founder of Rukun Creative Exchange and Almashtal Creative Incubator, Noura has established dynamic platforms that support and nurture creative talents in Saudi Arabia. Her initiatives are designed to inspire innovation, foster collaboration, and promote cultural expression. Through her leadership, Noura continues to drive the growth of a vibrant creative community, making a significant impact on the creative landscape of the region.

Founded by Olga Balakleets in 2016 in the United Kingdom, the Creative Women Platform enjoys the endorsement of high-level patronages, reflecting its esteemed status across diverse events. AGENDA
The Creative Women Forum will feature breakthrough sections throughout the two-day conference with immersive insights. It will uncover important industry problems, stimulate debate, and provide a balanced perspective on the global issues and new business opportunities in today’s fast-changing world.
The two-day business agenda will include presentations from our female and male keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with experts. The panel will consist of influential, award-winning female and male speakers and opinion makers from around the world, who have been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and other prominent publications.
The forum will address global topics of business, entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation and technology, start-ups, investment, health and wellness, art, sports, and female leadership. The programme will be complemented with networking breaks, lunches, and dinners, providing excellent business networking opportunities, all arranged with our customary creativity.

The Creative Women Platform is honoured to have its forthcoming forum in Saudi Arabia, promoting the country as a premier destination for tourism, business, and a powerful hub for technological advancement for men, women, and the younger generation. This event aims to dispel the misconception that the country impedes women’s progress, countering media misrepresentations and highlighting the true opportunities available in the Kingdom. This aligns perfectly with the Ministry of Culture’s vision, announced on 27 March 2019, which promotes culture as a way of life, stimulates economic growth through cultural engagement, and fosters international cultural exchange.
Guided by UNESCO’s definition of culture—encompassing knowledge, beliefs, arts, morals, laws, customs, and societal capabilities—the Creative Women Platform sees Saudi Arabia as the ideal venue. The Ministry of Culture, in line with Vision 2030, seeks to preserve and promote Saudi cultural heritage, enriching the lives of its citizens. Saudi Arabia’s cultural identity, deeply rooted in its Islamic heritage, historical significance as an ancient trade centre, and Bedouin traditions, offers a unique backdrop.
By hosting this forum in Saudi Arabia, the Creative Women Platform aims to showcase the Kingdom’s rich culture, heritage, and traditions, fostering cultural exchange and inviting the world to experience Saudi Arabia’s vibrant cultural landscape. Supporting Saudi talent is a paramount priority, with the Ministry continuing to empower intellectuals and creatives as their foremost advocate. We hope the Minister will embrace this initiative, recognizing its potential to be progressive, beneficial, and a force for unity.

The Creative Women Platform is privileged to have as its host partner the esteemed King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Saudi Arabia. Established in 1977 as the Saudi Arabian National Center for Science and Technology (SANCST), KACST has since become a cornerstone of scientific and technological advancement in the region.
Under the leadership of distinguished figures such as Prof. Rida M.S. Obaid, Abdul Rahman Al-Athel, and Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Suwaiyel, KACST has consistently demonstrated its commitment to innovation. Currently, HH Dr. Turki Al Saud serves as the vice president, furthering the institution’s mission.
KACST’s extensive research complex includes renowned institutes such as the Atomic Energy Research Institute, Computer and Electronics Research Institute, Petroleum and Petrochemical Institute, Energy Research Institute, Resource and Development Institute, Astronomy and Geophysics Institute, and the Space Research Institute.
