Creative Women Platform is honoured to announce a special collaboration with UN Women for WOMEN CREATING THE FUTURE: Economic Empowerment, Innovation and Emerging Technologies, taking place at UN Women Headquarters in New York on 30 September 2026.

The event will bring together women leaders, entrepreneurs, experts and changemakers for two focused conversations exploring the forces shaping women’s economic participation and leadership in a rapidly evolving world.

Panel: Women Driving Economies: From Access to Economic Agency

This discussion will explore what it truly means to move beyond access towards meaningful economic agency — from entrepreneurship, investment and financial inclusion to leadership and decision-making, as well as the structural conditions that enable women to participate fully in economic life.

Panel: Women at the Frontier: Leading Innovation & Emerging Technologies

As artificial intelligence and emerging technologies continue to transform industries, institutions and societies, this conversation will examine the role women must play not only in participating in innovation, but also in shaping its direction. The panel will explore leadership, opportunity and inclusion, as well as the importance of ensuring that technological progress reflects a wider diversity of voices and perspectives.

The programme will be followed by a networking lunch, providing participants with an opportunity to build new relationships and exchange ideas across sectors and borders.
