A former member of the Luxembourg Royal Family, Dame Tessy earned her Master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London. She went on to serve as Director for EMEA Impact at VICE Media before founding her own sustainability and development consultancy. She is also the co-founder of Human Highness, an initiative focused on ethical leadership and social impact.

Dame Tessy serves on several international boards and is an Ambassador for UNAIDS and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. She is also the co-founder of Professors Without Borders, a global education charity that expanded to more than 20 countries. An award-winning advocate for education, sustainability and women’s empowerment, she has received numerous international honours for her leadership and humanitarian work.
