Hadeel Ali Al-Qahtani is an electrical engineer and a leader in the development of renewable energy projects, driving strategic initiatives that contribute to achieving the Kingdom’s sustainability goals.

She began her career at Saudi Aramco, where she gained extensive technical and practical experience in the energy sector. She currently works at the Principal Buyer, where she leads the development of strategic projects with a total capacity exceeding 12 gigawatts—among the largest solar energy programs in the world.
