
Shatha Al- Shammari
Regional Leader of SHE (SABIC Women’s Network) and Human Resource Professional
Shatha Al-Shammari graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English Language from JUC in Saudi Arabia and a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom.
She has 12 years of experience in the Human Resource field, covering people development, HR operations, talent acquisition and onboarding, HR business partnership, organization development, and change management.
Throughout her career, Shatha has led several HR projects and initiatives focused on employee well-being, work-life balance, and strategic priorities. She served as the chairperson of the SABIC Young Leadership Council (SYLC) and is currently the Regional Leader of SHE, the SABIC Women’s Network.
Certified in the Global Remuneration Program (GRP, WorldatWork), HR Business Partnership, and Stanford Change Leadership, Shatha has a strong passion for professional development, cultural excellence, and the advancement of women’s growth.
She is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
