Jawaher represents Saudi Arabia in high-level international forums, advising on international negotiations such as the UN Climate Change Conferences and the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on Plastic Pollution.

With a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Florida and over a decade of experience spanning academia and industry, Jawaher has led research and business projects on polymer synthesis, advanced recycling, and sustainable solutions.
