With over 14 years of distinguished experience, she has successfully led innovation portfolios, built advanced research capabilities, and driven large-scale digital transformation initiatives across diverse business functions, including manufacturing, technology & innovation (T&I), procurement, and business units for global petrochemical giants.

Notably, Miasser co-led the SABIC–Eni joint development program in Italy, pioneering disruptive technology to convert natural gas into high-value products. She also contributed to SABIC’s sustainability agenda as a founding member of the SABIC Renewable Energy Global Team, providing expert guidance on sustainable technology development.
