Pol Vaquero is widely recognized as one of the leading lights in contemporary flamenco dance.
Born in Cordoba and trained at the Royal Conservatory of Cordoba, Pol began working professionally
in flamenco at the age of 16, when he joined Compañia Antonio Canales, taking part in 'Torero', 'The
house of Bernarda Alba' and 'Trianero'. He has also been a member of Vicente Amigo’s, Joaquin
Grilo’s, Arrieritos, Rojas y Rodriguez and Cecilia Gomez companies. Years later he established himself
as the first dancer and soloist of the National Ballet of Spain performing in several important
productions under the direction of José Antonio.
Starting from 2007, he leads his own company as a choreographer and dance, so far presenting
'Antojo', show ‘Tres Por Flamenco’ and '21 PASOS' that went on world tour. Since then he has been
actively engaged with his own company, but also find time to perform as a guest artist at other
As a versatile artist, he has appeared in TV shows and Music Awards, participated in the video clip
Corazón Partío of the singer Alejandro Sanz and also participated in the parade in Cibeles with the
designer Francis Montesinos.
He gave master classes in New York, Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo, and at present teaches in the University
of Madrid Flamenco Uflamenco. At the moment he is part of the Arrieritos Company for a new
production but he can be seen dancing in the best 'tablaos' of Spain, such as Casa Patas and El Corral
de la Moreria in Madrid, and El Cordobes in Barcelona.

Born in Utrerera, formed since childhood as a guitarist of monas. He has worked in renowned
companies such as Antonio Pipe, now part of the flamenco Tablao los Furras.

Born in Bilbao, comes from a family consecrated in flamenco as they are the Chuflas … Singer of
unparalleled purity in his throat. Jua is currently part of several flamenco companies among them is
the "Truco” company.
