Alysia is an early pioneer of wind, solar, and biofuels in the US. She co-founded, CFO & sold companies with projects >=$6B. Pristine Sun was the largest developer of small utility-scale solar in California. TradeWind Energy, which was sold in 2019, made Enel Green Power the largest wind and solar company in the world. Throughout her career, she has raised $1B+ in private equity, debt, corporate, and project finance.

Alysia is the international bestselling author of the Protogenesis series and Executive Producer of short films made in collaboration with the Greek Ministry of Tourism and Discover Greece. She is the Founder and Managing Director of EarthStudios, which produces finances, and develops environmentally-themed Film and TV content for mainstream viewers.

As a featured Keynote Speaker in sustainability, renewable energy, and women’s empowerment, she is honored to serve as Honorary Chair for the Creative Women’s Platform.

She manages solar assets and investments for Green Reach Inc, a diversified holding company, and is the Chairman and Co-Founder of EarthIndex, a whole country cleantech platform focused on helping countries meet and exceed their climate change goals and to accelerate clean energy, which was featured at UN’s COP 26.

Currently, Alysia is utilizing her passion for Sustainability, as well as her impressive track record for starting game-changing clean energy companies, to spearhead non-profit initiatives focused on SDGs, smart energy, and environmental education through her role as Chairman of EarthFund and the Leadership Council for the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UN SDSN), starting in Greece with a pilot project on behalf of UN SDSN Greece through grant funding from EU Horizons 2020.

Alysia has 25+ years’ experience, including CFO for four successful companies, providing finance and business strategy advisory services to CFOs & CEOs across industries for Fortune 50, mid-sized, and early-stage companies, including Jacuzzi, Bushnell, Wells Fargo, Hallmark Cards, DST Systems, and Exelon. Her unique ability to foresee market trends years in advance consistently led to higher market value for these companies.  Alysia has solid Big 6 C-level experience in accounting and finance, serving as a lead analyst to the CFO of Wells Fargo and Manager for Price Waterhouse Coopers and Arthur Andersen.
